We redesign and swap the control room and the studio (circa 1988). Note Sony / MCI multitrack (sounded great!) and Macintosh computer.
Residential(!) delivery of my first SSL Console. Yeah, that's me in the doorway.
The SSL installed! Note Texture sequencer on the IBM Computer (left).
We upgrade the SSL from 40 to 48 channels. Will they ever be able to put this thing back together?? Note Sony DASH Digital machine. Yuck!
Yes! The upgrade to 48 channels completed. If you look carefully, you can see that the Sony digital machine was junked for an Otari MTR90, a major improvement.
We hang the gold in Mom's living room!
